Reiki is a gentle, energy healing practice that helps your body relax, release tension, and restore balance.
It works by supporting your nervous system and allowing your body to shift out of stress mode and into a state where healing and repair can naturally occur.
Reiki works with your body’s natural energy system.
During a session, I use light touch (or hands just above the body) to help move and balance energy. This can help clear areas where you may be holding stress, tension, or emotional weight.

You’ll lie down fully clothed in a comfortable, quiet space.

There’s no effort required on your part

At the end, we can briefly talk about anything that came up, and I may share intuitive insights if you’re open to it.
