In-Person Reiki Session

Reiki is a gentle, hands-on energy healing practice that helps your body relax, release tension, and restore balance. It works with your nervous system to support deep relaxation, emotional release, and overall well-being.

This is a one-on-one, in-person session where you’ll lie comfortably while I guide you through a calm and supportive healing experience. Light touch or hands just above the body are used to help move and balance energy.

Sessions take place at GoYoga German Village in a private, peaceful setting.

Reiki Sessions

Distance Reiki (Interactive Session)

A guided Reiki session where we connect via phone or Zoom. You’ll be able to relax, receive energy healing, and share anything that’s coming up for you.

• 60 minutes — $80

👉 Best for first-time clients or those wanting support and connection during the session

Distance Reiki (Non-Interactive)

Receive Reiki energy remotely while you relax or go about your day. I tune into your energy field at a scheduled time and send healing energy for 30 minutes.

Afterward, you’ll receive a short summary of any intuitive impressions (optional).

Private Yoga

Personalized, one-on-one yoga sessions tailored to your body, goals, and experience level. These sessions can support strength, mobility, relaxation, and nervous system regulation.

Available in-person at GoYoga German Village or via Zoom.
